My credentials arrived for Wonder of Words Festival in Des Moines, IA in less than two weeks (if you look closely you can see I tore the parking pass in my excitement to see them). I am part of a panel with my fellow Des Moines Writer’s Workshop authors. This is a free event so there is no excuse not to show up and hear us talk about publishing and the different paths we have taken and other writing and publishing industry experiences.

Come hear from emerging and established local writers in this panel that discusses how to navigate the publishing process. Hear from members of the Des Moines Writers Workshop and their experiences working with publishers big and small, as well as self-publishing methods.
The panel is June 18th, 2016 at 12:00PM in the Principal Break-out Room. The panel discussion is scheduled for an hour and a half and will have a Q&A portion. This is a great two-day festival located in downtown Des Moines. Don’t miss it!
