I’ve been working on a short story for a few months now called Twenty Steps. I am going to send it out to a few contests. It’s a fairly dark story(go figure) about a girl and an unknown assailant. I’ve been working on deepening it and making sure that I live up to the promise I make at the beginning of the story. The promise that all writers make to the reader, to deliver the goods at the end. Right? Fingers crossed and re-checking spelling and grammar.
