I am thirteen thousand words into my epic fantasy novel which I am tentatively calling Feast of Mages and as a pantser
but that is ok.
Some things I’ve had to world build so far include city governance, disposal of bodies, religion, food supply, what the citizens of my world do for work. More things like how does magic work, what religions are there? If there are any and if not could a world work without religion?
So far it feels like this when I’m writing…
I’ve managed to carve out about thirty minutes of writing over my lunch hour and about thirty minutes after my son goes to bed. With that, I’m able to crank out between three hundred and five hundred words on a good day.
